Abstract

This study explains the influence of motivation, work discipline and work environment on employee work productivity at PT. Anindya Mitra Internasional Yogyakarta. The population in this study were permanent employees of PT. Anindya Mitra Internasional Yogyakarta. The sampling method used in this study was roscue. The sample in this study were 80 permanent employees of PT. Anindya Mitra Internasional Yogyakarta. Measurement of the instrument's answer uses a Likert scale. The validity test used the Pearson bivariate correlations, the reliability test used Cronbach's alpha. Data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis and using SPSS for Windows. Based on the results of data analysis in this study, it shows that the motivation variabel has an effect on employee work productivity. Work discipline affects employee work productivity. Work environment affects employee work productivity.
