Abstract
This research aims to examine the influence of online customer reviews, ease of use and promotions on food purchasing decisions. The study was conducted on the ShopeeFood application, targeting individuals who have made food purchases through the platform. The sample consisted of 95 respondents, selected through purposive sampling, a method categorized under non-probability sampling. The findings reveal that online customer reviews positive significantly impact food purchasing decisions on ShopeeFood. Similarly ease of use and promotions also have positive significant influences on food purchasing decisions within the platform.
