Abstract

Human resources are one of the things that is very important for the success of a company, whether large or small scale companies. Competent human resources with good performance can support the success of an organization. On the other hand, incompetent human resources with poor performance can put the company at a loss. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of compensation, workload and work stress on turnover intention among J&T Cargo Giwangan Yogyakarta employees. The sample in this research was all employees of J&T Cargo Giwangan Yogyakarta. The sample used in this research used the saturated sampling technique method, which took all 70 employees of J&T Cargo Giwangan Yogyakarta as respondents. From the results of this study, compensation (X1) had a negative and insignificant effect, workload (X2) had a positive and insignificant effect, work stress (X3) has a positive and significant effect, and the influence of compensation, workload and work stress simultaneously on turnover intention.
