Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze transformational leadership, work motivation and organizational commitment toward job satisfaction of employees of PT Mataram Tunggal Garment Yogyakarta. This research was conducted using the Non-Probability Sampling technique with the saturated sampling method. The sample in this research were 55 employees of the personnel department of PT Mataram Tunggal Garment Yogyakarta. Data analysis was performed using the t test method (partial test), multiple regression analysis, F test (simultaneous test) and the coefficient of determination using SPSS 26.0 for Windows software program. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational commitment has no effect on job satisfaction. In addition, the F test shows that transformational leadership, work motivation and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on job satisfaction.
