Abstract
Work productivity can be influenced by several factors including the work environment, work from home, and multiple roles. These factors have an important role for work productivity. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Work from Home, work environment, multiple roles on work productivity during the covid 19 pandemic. The population in this study were office workers who were married with an age limit of 22-60 years. The sample used in this study is Probability Sampling with Purposive Sampling method with a sample of 100 respondents. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire distributed via google form. The study was tested using multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 23.0. The results showed that Work from Home has a significance result of the t-test value of 0.000 < from 0.05, which means that the X1 variable has a positif and significance effect on work productivity. The work environment has a significant result of t-test 0.086 > from 0.05, which means that the X2 variable is not significancet to work productivity. Multiple roles have a significance result of t-test 0.000 <0.05, which means that the X3 variable has a positif and significance effect on work productivity.
