Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, competence and workload on job satisfaction of employees of the Regional Tax Service Office of Kulon Progo Yogyakarta. This research was conducted from January to March 2021 at KPPD Kulon Progo Regency. The data were collected using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all employees of KPPD Kulon Progo Regency. The sample in this study were all civil servants and non-civil servants of the KPPD Kulon Progo Regency, totaling 40 employees, and the sampling was done using saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that partially, leadership (X1) has no effect on job satisfaction (Y), competence (X2) has no effect on employee job satisfaction (Y), and workload (X3) has no effect on work performance (Y).
