Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Work Environment, Motivation, and Work Discipline on the Employee Performance of Super Dazzle Jakal. This research uses primary data collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 60 employees of Super Dazzle Jakal as the sample. The data analysis technique employed is multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing in this study uses the t-test with a significance level of 5%. In addition, goodness-of-fit testing, normality testing, and classical assumption tests—including multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and the coefficient of determination tests—were also conducted. Based on the results of the t-test, the variables of work environment, motivation, and work discipline show a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Super Dazzle Jakal. The coefficient of determination obtained in this study is 0.568 (56.8%). This indicates that the work environment, motivation, and work discipline variables are able to explain 56.8% of the variation in employee performance. Meanwhile, the remaining 43.2% is influenced by other factors not included in this research model.
