Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of halal awareness, product quality, and price on purchasing decisions for Elformula products, with country of origin as a moderating variable among Gen Z consumers residing in Yogyakarta. This quantitative study used a questionnaire distributed to 120 respondents who use Elformula products among Gen Z consumers. Data analysis techniques used included validity test, reliability test, basic and classical assumption test, path analysis, t test, and coefficients of determination. The results of this study indicate that halal awareness, product quality, and price have a positive and significant influence on the purchasing decisions for Elformula products. Country of origin does not influence the purchasing decisions for Elformula products. Meanwhile, country of origin does not moderate the effect of halal awareness, product quality and price on purchasing decisions for Elformula products.
