Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere, product displays, and price discounts on impulsive buying at the New Kroya Department Store, Cilacap. Sampling used a purposive sampling method with the criteria of people who had made purchases at the New Kroya Department Store, Cilacap, the sample used was 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the store atmosphere, product display, and price discounts have a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying. Based on the results of the test for the coefficient of determination, the adjusted R square value was 66.4%. This result indicates that the store atmosphere, product displays, and price discounts contribute 66.4% to impulsive buying.
