Abstract

Cafe or Coffeeshop at this time has become a place favored by various groups, both young and old, both students and workers. Café or coffee shop is usually used as a place to just eat and drink, gather with friends, or even hold a certain activity. This activity can be in the form of small seminars, organizational meetings, or group gatherings. So that the coffee shop business in Indonesia is currently moving very fast due to the growing number of coffee drinkers. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, location and price variables on consumer satisfaction at Bento Kopi Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality, location, and price on consumer satisfaction at Bento Kopi Yogyakarta. This research was conducted using purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study was college students in Yogyakarta as many as 80 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, the location variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and the price variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.
