Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress, self- efficacy, and social support on burnout in inpatient nurses at RSUD Wonosari. The independent variables in this study were work stress, self-efficacy, and social support while the dependent variable is burnout. The population in this study were inpatient nurses at RSUD Wonosari. Sampling uses purposive sampling technique. The number of samples used in this study were 70 respondents. Data collection techniques are carried out using questionnaires given directly to respondents. This is multiple linear regression, which was processed using SPSS version 25 application. The results showed that work stress (X1) has a significant positive effect on burnout, self-efficacy (X2) has a significant negative effect on burnout, and social support has a not significant positive effect on burnout
