Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, work stress and work environment on job satisfaction. The sample in this study were employees of PT. Pos Indonesia SPP Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used is the Non- Probability Sampling technique using the Incidental Sampling method with a total of 45 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics 24 Program. The results showed that compensation had a positive and insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction, job stress had a negative and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and work environment had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction
