Abstract

This research purposed to analyse the different levels of stress, depression, anxiety, and job satisfaction before and after Covid-19. The sample in this study was 113 workers in the Indonesia and had experienced in two conditions, namely at least one year before Covid-19 and one year after Covid-19 attacked Indonesia. The data collection method used a questionnaire distributed online thought google forms with purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test, normality test, and paired sample t-test. Data analysis was carried out using IBM SPSS statistics version 26. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant difference between stress, depression, and anxiety before and after Covid-19. Unexpectedly, this study found that there is difference but no significant between job satisfaction before and after Covid-19. The arguments for the findings are presented in the discussion section of this report.
