Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of stress, work motivation, and work environment on job satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Cakra Husada Klaten Hospital, where the population in this study were all nurses who were still able to assess 88 nurses. The sampling technique used was the Non-Probability Sampling model with purposive sampling method, namely the sampling technique for data sources with certain considerations. The type of research used is a survey method and uses a quantitative approach. Based on the results of the study using the test, it appears that the variable work stress has an effect on job satisfaction with a significant level of 0.005 <0.05, the variable work motivation has an effect on job satisfaction with a significant level of 0.003 <0.05, and the work environment variable has no effect on job satisfaction significant 0.508> 0.05. While the coefficient of determination of the results of this study is 0.232 or 23.2% indicating that the job satisfaction variable (Y) emphasizes work stress (X1), work motivation (X2), and work environment (X3). The rest are in the study of other variables not included in this study.
