Abstract
This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of leadership, work environment, and compensation variables on turnover intention, or the intention to leave the job, among coffee shop employees under the management of Arah Group Management. The data collection method was carried out using a closed-ended questionnaire distributed online via the Google Form platform. The population in this study consisted of all employees working at the coffee shops managed by Arah Group Management, which include several branches such as Dua Arah Coffee, Arah Timur Coffee, Jackass Coffee and Eatery, Savana Coffee and Space, and SCBD Coffee. This study used a quantitative approach with a non-probability sampling technique, specifically the census method, in which the entire population was used as the research sample. From the questionnaire distribution, a total of 65 respondents were obtained, and the data were further analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis indicate that the leadership and work environment variables have a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intention. On the other hand, the compensation variable shows a positive and significant effect on turnover intention.
