Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of work life balance, competence, and organizational culture on employee performance at Naavagreen Plus Natural Skincare beauty clinic. This research was conducted on employees of the Naavagreen Plus Natural Skincare beauty clinic totaling 40 people, data collection techniques using nonprobability sampling techniques with saturated sample methods. Data collection was carried out by providing a set of questionnaire statements collected via Google form. The data analysis methods used are instrument test, basic assumption test, classical assumption test, t test, F test (Goodness of fit), coefficient of determination test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that work life balance, competence and organizational culture have a positive and significant influence on Naavagreen Plus Natural Skincare employee performance.
