Abstract
This research aims to analyze driver performance. Gojek driver performance is measured from training, incentives, work safety, employee performance. This research collects data directly by distributing questionnaires to online motorcycle taxi drivers in DIY using Google Form. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the influence of training, incentives, work safety on the performance of Gojek drivers in DIY. The results of this research show that the training variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Gojek drivers in DIY, the Incentive Variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Gojek drivers in DIY, the work safety variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Gojek drivers in DIY.
