Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of leadership on employee performance at the Pacitan Regency PDAM Office, the influence of work motivation on employee performance, and the effect of compensation on employee performance at the Pacitan Regency PDAM Office. This research was conducted at the Pacitan Regency PDAM Office with a quantitative type of research. The population in this study includes all employees of the Pacitan Regency PDAM Office, who were selected using a purposive sampling method. The sample used was 85 respondents. The analysis technique applied is path analysis and Sobel test using IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The research results show that leadership has a significant positive influence on employee performance at the Pacitan District PDAM Office, work motivation also has a significant positive influence on employee performance, and compensation also has a significant positive influence on employee performance at the Pacitan District PDAM Office.
