Abstract
This study aims to analyze the Influence of Product Diversity, Service Quality, and Price on the Decision to Use Training Services at PT Insmart. This research adopts a quantitative approach with a survey method using questionnaires. The sample consists of companies that have collaborated with PT Insmart and used their training services from 2015 – 2024, totaling 60 respondents. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. Data analysis is conducted using multiple linier regression. The results indicate that Product Diversity, Services Quality, and Price each have a significant positif effect on the Decision to use Training Service at PT Insmart.
