Abstract

Currently, competition in the business world is becoming increasingly fierce. Including business competition in the food & beverage sector, especially the café business. Kandang Ogut's is one of the cafes in Gunungkidul which has many competitors in the same field, but Kandang Oguts consistently continues to exist to retain its customers in the current era of intense competition in the café business. This research aims to determine the influence of service quality, price and facilities on customer loyalty at Kandang Ogut's café. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The sample in this study was 90 respondents with a sampling technique using purposive sampling technique. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The research results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, price has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, and facilities have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.
