Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on the intention to use the Pospay application in the people of Yogyakarta City. The method used is quantitative with a correlational approach. The sample used was 165 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on the intention to use the Pospay application for people in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on the intention to use the Pospay application for people in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The contribution value of this research model is 52% in proving the influence of the two independent variables on the intention to use the Pospay application.
