Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work life balance, Compensation, and work environment on loyalty of millennial generation privatee employees in Yogyakarta. The sample used in this research was taken from millennial generation private employees in Yogyakarta who work for companies operating in the financial services sector and have worked for more than 1 year as many as 120 employees. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. Instrument tests, normality tests, and classical assumption tests were performed and all met the criteria. Hypothesis testing in this study used multiple linear regression analysis and t-test using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that work life balance has a significant positive effect on employee loyalty. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, and work environment also has a significant positive effect on employee loyalty.
