Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job insecurity on work stress with resilience as a moderating variable for employee who work in private company in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This study refers to the formulation of the problem and hypoteses that have beed determined. The data collection method uses a questionaire distributed through google forms platform. The population in this study are employee who work in private company in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Sampling was carriedout using the Non-Probability Sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples is 73 respondents. The data analysis technique used is moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on work stress on employee who work in private company in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and resilience is able to weaken the effect of job insecurity on work stress on employee who work in private company in the Special Region of Yogyakarta.
