Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy, knowledge sharing and employee engagement on the performance of employees of the Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olah Raga Kota Yogyakarta. The independent variables in this study are self-efficacy, knowledge sharing and employee engagement. The dependent variable is employee performance. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The data used in this research is primary data. The population in this study were all employees of the Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Yogyakarta, totaling 187 people., totaling 187 people. Sampling using proportional stratified random sampling technique. The minimum number of samples used in this study were 128 respondents, while the number of samples obtained in this study were 132 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents. The technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 22 application. The results showed that self-efficacy (X1) had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, knowledge sharing (X2) had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and employee engagement (X3) had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
