Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, competence and commitment to the performance of employees of PT. Sukanda Djaya in Yogyakarta. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The questionnaire contains instruments. The instrument was tested with validity and reliability tests. From the test results, it was found that all instruments were declared valid and reliable. Samples were taken using non-probability sampling, with quota sampling technique, the number of samples determined was 50 in accordance with company regulations. This study also conducted normality tests and classical assumption tests. The results of the normality test state that the data is normally distributed and the equations are linear. The results of the classical assumption test state that in this study there are no symptoms of multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. Data were analyzed using statistical analysis using SPSS version 22 program. The results showed that variable 1) organizational culture has no ef ect on the performance of employees of PT. Sukanda in Yogyakarta, 2) Competence does not af ect the performance of the employees of PT. Sukanda in Yogyakarta and 3) Commitment has no ef ect on employee performance at PT. Sukanda in Yogyakarta.
