Abstract
Caring for the skin and body has become a trend and a positive lifestyle that will continue to develop from time to time. These trends and lifestyles make people's need for skin care products increasing. One of the local skincare brands that pays attention is brand something. Even though it is only one year old, this is enough to prove that the brand is a skin care product with a high level of familiarity in the minds of consumers. This study was conducted with the aim to find how: 1) the influence of product quality towards customer satisfaction 2) the influence of product quality towards repurchase interest 3) the influence of customer satisfaction towards repurchase interest 4) Whether customer satisfaction mediates the influence of product quality on repurchase interest. Data collection is done using Google Forms. The population in this study are consumers who have used somethinc skincare who live in the Special Region of Yogyakarta with a sample of 200 respondents. The sampling teqhnique uses the Non-Probability Sampling model with purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that product quality has an influence on customer satisfaction, product quality has an influence on repurchase interest, customer satisfaction affects repurchase interest, and satisfaction is able to mediate significantly between product quality and repurchase interest.
