Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of company size, leverage, and dividend policy on company value. The sample in this study is 21 manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the IDX which are determined by the purposive sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of financial statements of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector for the period 2019-2022. The data analysis technique used multiple liner regression analysis with the Eviews 12.0 program. The tests used are normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, chow test, hausman test, langrange multiplier test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, goodness of fit test, and coefficient of determination test.The results in this study show that company size has a negative and significant effect on company value, leverage has a positive and insignificant effect on company value, and dividend policy has a negative and significant effect on company value.
