Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of burnout on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Wonosari Hospital pharmaceutical staff and (2) the effect of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Wonosari Regional Hospital pharmaceutical staff. The hypotheses in this study are (1) burnout has a negative effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and (2) job satisfaction has a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This study includes causal associative research with a quantitative approach method. The population of this study was 30 pharmaceutical staff at Wonosari Regional Hospital, while the sample taken in this study was 30 respondents or the entire population. The analytical methods in this study are validity and reliability test, normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, F test, multiple regression analysis, T test, and coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that: (1) burnout has a positive and significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior with a comparison of t count and t table, namely 5.274 > 1.697 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 and (2) job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior with a comparison of t count and t table, namely 1.697 < 3.597 and a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that H1 is rejected and H2 is accepted.
