Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of workload, joob stress, and work motivation on the performance of employees at PT Sport Glove Indonesia. This study employs a quantitative approach. The population of this research comprises production department employees at PT Sport Glove Indonesia. The sampling was conducted using a nonprobability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. This study utilizes both primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to 91 respondents, and secondary data were collected from books, journals, papers, and other literature that support the research needs. Data processing in the study was assisted by IBM SPSS 27. The data analysis techniques used include instrument tests, normality test, classical assumption tests, model feasibility coefficient, multiple linear reggresion analysis, t-tests, and cofficient determination. The results of this study indicate that workload does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Job stress does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.
