Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer statisfaction in CGV Transmart Maguwo Special Region of Yogayakarta. The data collection method used a questionnaire distributed via Google form. The population of this study is a consumers who are visitors to the CGV Transmart Maguwo Special Region of Yogyakarta. Sampling was done using Non-Probability Sampling with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples is 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that tangible, reliability, responsiveness and empathy partially have a positive and significant effect on customer statisfaction. While the assurance appeal does not have a significant effect on customer statisfaction in CGV Transmart Maguwo Special Region of Yogyakarta.
