Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of organizational commitment, job environment, and quality of work life to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on Rajaklana Resort, Villa and Spa Yogyakarta. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used was 42 respondents. The results of this research found that organizational commitment and job environment had a negative and insignificant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). While quality of work life had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).
