Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of digital marketing, word of mouth and price on purchasing decisions for training services at LPP Patriot Bangsa Aviation Training Center Yogyakarta. The data collection method used a questionnaire distributed via google form. The population of this study is training participants and alumni from 2017 to 2022 who have received work recommendations at least once. Sampling was done using Non-Probability Sampling with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples is 171 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that digital marketing, word of mouth and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for training services at LPP Patriot Bangsa Aviation Training Center Yogyakarta.
