Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, work discipline, and motivation on employee performance at the Office of Manpower, Transmigration, Energy, and Mineral Resources of South Papua Province. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. The population of this study consists of all civil servants (ASN) working at the aforementioned office. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling (census) approach, resulting in a total of 39 respondents. The results of the study indicate that leadership, work discipline, and motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Office of Manpower, Transmigration, Energy, and Mineral Resources of South Papua Province.
