Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between work-life balance, job satisfaction, and burnout on turnover intention among millennial employees in the food and beverage (F&B) industry in Yogyakarta. The data used in this study is primary data collected by distributing online questionnaires directly to employees working in restaurants or cafes in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling, resulting in a total of 124 respondents. After the data was collected, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing were conducted using SPSS 22 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that work-life balance has no effect on turnover intention among millennial employees in the food and beverage (F&B) industry in Yogyakarta. Meanwhile, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention among millennial employees in this industry. In contrast, no significant effect of burnout on turnover intention was found among millennial employees in the food and beverage (F&B) industry in Yogyakarta.
