Abstract

This research aims to empirically test the influence of workload, job stress and compensation on CV employee job satisfaction. Surya Demak. The population of this research is all 60 employees. The sample used in this research was 60 respondents. This research uses the census technique, which is a technique where the entire population is sampled. Then the data collection method is through questionnaires and data analysis using SPSS 21 which includes validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing using the t test and R2 test. The results of this research show that workload and work stress have a negative and significant effect on employee job satisfaction and compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Based on the coefficient of determination value of 0.901, which means that 90.1 percent of employee job satisfaction variables can be explained by workload, work stress and compensation variables, while the remaining 9,9 percent is explained by other variables outside this research.
