Abstract
This study aims to determine the Influence of Store Atmosphere, Product Quality and Service Quality on Customer Loyalty Sepakat Coffee. This study was conducted in November 2024 with data collection using a questionnaire. The population of this study were Sepakat Coffee customers who live in Yogyakarta. The sample in this study was generation z aged 17 to 27 years and domiciled in Yogyakarta and had purchased products at Sepakat Coffee more than 2 times. The data obtained were 110 respondents. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Store Atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty Sepakat Coffee, Product Quality is not significant on Customer Loyalty Sepakat Coffee, Service Quality is not significant on Customer Loyalty Sepakat Coffee.
