Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Career Development (X1), Reward System (X2), and Organizational Culture (X3) on Employee Retention (Y). The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a total sample of 113 employees of CV Putra Mina. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample. The tests used in this study are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, F (Goodness of fit) test, multiple linear regression test, t test, and test of the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Career Development Variable has no significant effect on Employee Retention, 2) Reward System Variable has no significant effect on Employee Retention, 3) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Retention. Based on the test of the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) it shows a result of 0.450 or 45%, which means that the variables of career development, reward systems, and organizational culture have an effect of 45% on employee retention, while the remaining 55% is explained by other variables not included in the study This.
