Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, work stress, and job training on job satisfaction of KSP Dahlia employees, Kendal Regency. The sample in this research was all KSP Dahlia employees, Kendal Regency. The sampling technique used was a saturated sampling technique with a total of 66 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics 20 program. The research results showed that motivation and work stress had no effect on employee job satisfaction, job training had a positive effect on employee job satisfaction.
