Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of employee engagement and transformational leadership on readiness for change among employees facing the post-COVID-19 pandemic era. The method used in this study is a survey using a questionnaire filled out by 76 respondents. Data analysis is done using multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that employee engagement and transformational leadership have a positive and significant effect on readiness for change among employees both partially and simultaneously. This indicates that the higher the level of employee engagement and transformational leadership, the higher the level of readiness for change among employees. This study has important implications for companies in managing employees in the post-COVID-19 pandemic era. Companies can increase employee readiness for change by increasing employee engagement and implementing transformational leadership
