Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price, promotion, and facility on customer loyalty in Hendra Fitness Samarinda. The data collection method used a questionnaire distributed via google form. The population of this study is a people who have gym activities at Hendra Fitness Samarinda. Sampling was done using Non-Probability Sampling with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples is 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that price, promotion, and facility have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in Hendra Fitness Samarinda. While the service quality appeal does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty in Hendra Fitness Samarinda.
