Abstract
Hospital is a service facility in the health sector which plays an important role in improving the health status of the population or society. As an institution that is intended to give pehealth services to the whole society, the hospital thirsty provide the best services as excellence in order to attract consumers, this led to the hospital must enter theactivities marketing that are expected to support the realization of progress as well as the destination hospital. This study aims to determine the effect of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, physical evidence, and price on consumer decisions at RSKIA Arvita Bunda. The sample of this study was outpatients with the first or more visits to RSKIA Arvita Bunda. The data source is primary data which is obtained directly from the original source. The data collection technique is by using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis method. Results of research It is concluded that reliability has no significant effect on consumer decisions, responsiveness data has no significant effect on consumer decisions, assurance does not have a significant effect on consumer decisions, empathy has no significant effect on consumer decisions, physical evidence has a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions, and price has a significant effect. positive and significant towards consumer decisions.
