Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, work environment, work motivation on job satisfaction. The sample in this study were all employees of the Department of Manpower and Transmigration in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used in this study is the nonprobability sampling technique. This study uses primary data. Primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. The method used is saturated sampling method with a total of 98 employees as respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics 26 program. The results showed that leadership had a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, work environment had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and motivation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.
