Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, workload and job insecurity on turnover intention in employees of the Yogyakarta Deepublish publisher contract. The sample of this research is deepublish publisher contract employees. The number of samples is 43 respondents. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling. The use of sampling techniques implemented in this study is saturated sampling. The tests used in this research are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, f test, multiple linear regression test, t test, and test of the coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that the work environment has a positive effect on turnover intention, workload has no effect on turnover intention, job insecurity has no significant positive effect on turnover intention. Based on testing the determination coefficient test (Adjusted R2) shows a result of 0.166 (16.6%), meaning that 16.6% of the variable turnover intention can be explained by independent variables (work environment, workload and job insecurity). While the remaining 83.4% is explained by other variables not included in this study.
