Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of workload, work conflict, communication on work stress at employee PT Sangga Langit Makmur Purwokerto. The sampling technique was carried out using a census or saturated sampling. The number of samples is 40 respondents. The data collection method uses a questionnaire distributed through the Google form. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, f test (goodness of fit), multiple linear regression analysis test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R2). The results of this study indicate that the workload variable has a positive effect on the work stress variable, the work conflict variable has no effect on the work stress variable, and the communication variable has no effect on the work stress variable.
