Abstract
his study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, transformational leadership, and workload on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees of PT Giri Sela Kandha Gunungkidul. The research was conducted in May 2023 at PT Giri Sela Kandha Gunungkidul. Quantitative approach is used in this research. Data collection using a questionnaire. All employees of PT Giri Sela Kandha Gunungkidul as the population in this study. In this study using the Non- Probability Sampling technique with saturated sampling method. The sample of this research is the employees of PT Giri Sela Kandha Gunungkidul in the supervisory department and the employee department as many as 43 employees. The data analysis method used is a multiple linear regression model. The results showed that job satisfaction and workload had no effect on OCB, while transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on OCB.
