Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of training, organizational culture, and job characteristics on employee engagement at IONs International Yogyakarta employees. The sampling technique in this study is Non-Probability Sampling using the Purposive Sampling Technique with a total of 44 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis on the data, it can be concluded that training has a positive and insignificant effect on employee engagement at IONs International Education Yogyakarta employees. Organizational culture has a positive and insignificant effect on employee engagement at IONs International Education Yogyakarta employees. Job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee engagement at IONs International Education Yogyakarta employees.
