Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of employee engagement and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance at the Badan Kepegawaian Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (BKPP) Sleman Regency. The sample in this study were all employees of BKPP Sleman Regency. The sampling technique used is the saturated sampling technique with the number of respondents as many as 48 people. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 20 Program. The results showed that employee engagement had no significant effect on employee performance, organizational citizenship behavior had a positive effect on employee performance.
