Abstract
This study aims to analyze transformational leadership, job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance at Waroeng Special Sambal Yogyakarta Head Office. In this study, researchers used the technique of Non-Probability Sampling with saturated sampling method. The sample in this study were the employees of the Central Office of Waroeng Special Sambal Yogyakarta totaling 72 people. Methods of data analysis using t test (partial test), multiple linear regression analysis, F test (simultaneous test) and the coefficient of determination using the SPSS 26.0 Software Program for Windows. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be said that transformational leadership has no effect on employee performance. work goals have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, the F test shows that transformational leadership, job satisfaction and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.
