Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership, organizational commitment, and work motivation on employee performance at the RSIA Bunda Arif Purwokerto. The sampling method used is Nonprobability Sampling with Saturated Sampling technique, where all employees of RSIA Bunda Arif Purwokerto are sampled. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used t test (partial test), multiple linear regression analysis, and F test (simultaneous test). Based on data analysis, the results show that transformational leadership has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. However, work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance. In addition, the F test shows that transformational leadership, organizational commitment, and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.
