Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, organizational culture and work stress on turnover intention at PT. Tunas Jaya Mekar Armada Sleman. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing in this study using t-test with a significance level of 5%. In addition, the basic assumption test was also carried out, namely the normality test, as well as the classical assumption test, namely the multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, hypothesis testing, F test, and determination test. The results of the t-test study stated that the work environment variable had a significance value of 0.282 > 0.05, meaning that the work environment had no effect on turnover intention, the organizational culture variable had a significance value of 0.349 > 0.05, meaning that organizational culture had no influence on turnover intention, and the work stress variable had a significant value of 0.349 > 0.05. a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that work stress has a significant effect on turnover intention.
